Phase 4: Post-Commissioning and Handover
Phase 4 is the most important phase for the long-term success of the transition, and it is the phase that is most often underestimated. Post-commissioning is the period during which the line is run under real production conditions — with real products, real pouches, real operators, and real production schedules — and any issues that emerge are identified and resolved with the line integrator still present and engaged.
